Schedule Your Custom Email to Registered Luxury Attendees
As a Luxury exhibitor, your booth package includes one (1) email sent direct to each retailer pre-registered for the 2025 show. Take advantage of our custom templates to promote your brand and booth to coveted Luxury buyers.
Your email will be sent to our Luxury registered attendees. We will do our best to schedule your email during the week you select, but it’s important to complete the form below as soon as possible since available email blast times are first-come, first-served and we spread them out in an effort to ensure your message gets the attention it deserves.
Our third-party partner, Nvytes, will deploy on your behalf to the entire pre-registered retailer list.
Please note: Scheduling will occur on first-come, first-served basis. If your selected week is not available we will schedule your email for the next best time slot to to ensure that the registered attendees are not overwhelmed with outreach. In order to guarantee your email is sent, please provide your materials by Monday, May 26, 2025.
It’s Easy! How It Works
- Use the form below to select the week you would like your marketing email to be delivered using the options below.
- Submit your contact info, creative elements and select the template that you would like to use. Be sure to title your file with your company name and booth number.
- Once you have uploaded your materials, our email marketing partner, Nvytes, will reach out with a proof of your email within 3 business days. If you do not reply to approve the proof within 3 business days, you are at risk of losing your preferred send week and being assigned what is available. Be sure to add Luxury@Nvytes.com to your contact list so you don’t miss the email!
- Once you’ve approved the proof, your email is scheduled and you’ll receive a copy when it blasts on your desired date.

You can schedule your email from April 14 through May 30.
Please note:
- You select your preferred week, and it will be scheduled first-come, first-served for slots available.
- There are limited slots per week and per day, so complete the form early.
- For maximum engagement from attendees, we encourage you to schedule several weeks prior to the show.
